How it Works

1. Initial Strength Consultation: We determine alignment and next steps.

2. Strength & Movement Assessment (2 weeks): Four sessions to evaluate movement, stability and load tolerance.

3. 12-Week Training Phase: Twice-weekly training with structured progression and clear benchmarks. This phase is where lasting change happens.

Investment

Most clients train twice per week. $640 per month within a 12-week phase. Assessment phase: $320.
